Admission Procedure
Submit Application Form
Download or collect the prescribed application form from the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha office or apply online. Ensure that all details are filled accurately before submission.
Attach Required Documents
Enclose attested copies of your mark sheets, transfer certificate, community certificate, and any supporting documents as specified for the chosen program.
Entrance / Merit Selection
Selection is made based on merit or entrance examination (if applicable). Candidates shortlisted will be notified via email or the Sabha notice board.
Admission Confirmation
Selected candidates must confirm admission by submitting the required certificates and paying the prescribed fees within the announced schedule.
Admission Requirements
- Duly filled-in Application Form
- SSLC / HSC / Degree Mark Sheets (as applicable)
- Transfer and Conduct Certificates
- Community Certificate (for applicable categories)
- Passport-size Photographs (3 Nos.)
- Proof of Fee Payment
- Eligibility Certificate (for candidates from other states/universities)
Foreign and NRI students must submit equivalence certificates, passport copies, and visa details as per university norms.

Scholarships & Concessions
Eligible candidates may apply for scholarships under government or Sabha-sponsored schemes. Concessions are available for Hindi teachers and economically weaker students.
